Hey everyone! We're already on the third month of the year and February went by in a blur for me. We've been so busy at work and feel like it's draining my time and energy hence the scarcity of my post.
So I decided that my first March post would be to show you the products that I've used up last month. It's a mishmash of things that I love and those that I didn't hate but kind of regret spending my money on. I'm trying to really finish up the product not only the "hits" but even the "misses" ones because I don't want to waste it. It's quite an achievement for me every time I will finish something up.
BIODERMA SENSEBIO H2O CLEANSER
This was my third one and I still have 4 back up
bottles, suffice it to say
that I really admire this product. I love how
it took off my make up without aggravating my skin. I use it to remove eye make up
as well. I soaked the cotton pad with this and hold it over my eyes for half a
minute, but you might need to extend if you’re using waterproof mascara. It says non-rinse but I still wash my face
with water and my favorite facial cleanser after using this for a thorough
cleaning. The best make up remover ever.
JOHN FRIEDA FRIZZ-EASE DAILY NOURISHMENT LEAVE IN CONDITIONING HAIR SPRAY
Product description:
Infuses hair with a high-potency blend of Vitamins A, E & C, green tea extract & nourishing moisture. Makes hair strong & resistant to breakage; instantly detangles.
My hair is naturally straight and smooth so I can’t really justify if this works for me or not. It doesn't make my hair super shiny but it feels so soft and the smell is so good. I would probably repurchase but not anytime soon because I would like to try out different products.BODY SHOP TEA TREE BLEMISH GEL
It was supposed to keep skin clear by helping to prevent
blemishes and blackheads, and controlling excess oil. It doesn’t work for me, did absolutely nothing. I still used it up though because I paid for
it.
Lush Rehab Shampoo
According to their website Rehab is shampoo for hair which has been abused and needs some rest and relaxation. I don’t believe my hair has been abused because I don’t apply heat every so often. I usually let my hair dry naturally because I don’t have time to curl or straighten it every time I will wash it. I still b ought this because the SA told me it will clean my hair thoroughly and help clarify product build up in my scalp so I gave it a go. This product does what it’s supposed to do. The only downside is the price. It cost me 47 AED (12.50 USD) for the small bottle (100g).DERMALOGICA
ASIAN'S SECRETS LULUR WHITENING BODY SCRUB
DERMALOGICA ACTIVE MOIST MOISTURIZER
It’s a
lightweight, oil-free moisturizer designed for oily, acne-prone skin. I bought this because I was so desperate to
control/cure my adult onset acne. I decided to splurge on this after reading
loads of great reviews online. I don’t think it controls oiliness. It took me
two months to finish this tube and my
skin hasn’t cleared up yet, zits still keeps on popping up. I paid 179 AED
(49USD) for 50ml tube but it didn’t help my skin’s condition at all. I would
not repurchase this.
BATH AND BODY WORKS VANILLA NOIR BODY CREAM
This is one of my favorites from BBW. The scent is luxurious and I like how it lingers on my skin for a
really long time. I don’t wear perfume when I use this because I don't feel the need
to. This alone will make you smell so good. Seriously the best vanilla
fragrance I’ve ever tried. It is very
moisturizing too, without feeling greasy.
Have you ever tried any of these products?
Bisou bisou,
Glitzylady
